Loree’s office staff has been top notch also, providing me with medical update letters every time I am there. Jan has also intervened at some key points where I had questions and was more than happy to spend the time updating me and explaining things to me. Her assistant Jenni has been the most amazing administrative advocate helping me navigate my way through the disability process and always responding immediately to not only my needs and inquiries, but has also shined in her efficient and prompt response to the disability and leave companies that I have been dealing with.
